With reference to the dB sound levels in this video. I use 10 dB as doubling of sound. I have some comments it should be 3dB.

From my education days long ago +3dB is twice as much POWER. The smallest difference in level that most people easily perceive is about 3dB. But to double the apparent loudness (not power) perceived by the human ear is more like 10dB to the average person. I think by definition 1 db is the smallest difference for most people whereas 3db is quite noticeable. But I am not a sound expert and I am willing to be corrected. JMcK
