REVIEW: Dragon Ball THE Breakers - THE DOWNFALL

The Breakers released in 2022 with the idea it would be a revolutionary asymmetric survival game. Based on the popular anime series, Dragon Ball, it attempted to simulate the suspense of being the bad guy hunting down weaker foes, or being the "weaker" foe who turns the tables to save the day.

But because of bad balancing, toxic behaviors, and gacha mechanics, the game soon found itself on the list of "the worst Dragon Ball games of all time."

Personally, I believe Dimps, its developer, tried their best. But I also think the studio wasn't the right choice for making it in the first place. The concept had so much potential. But the way it was handled ensured its doom.
