閑静な住宅地に位置する敷地に、夫婦と子ども2人の4人家族のための住宅の計画です。
交差点の角地に建つため、プライバシーを守る形で閉鎖的な佇まいが印象的な建物です。

施主は車好きで、LDKから愛車を眺めたいという要望があったため、ガレージハウスを計画し、
内部空間から愛車のタイヤの接地面まで眺めて楽しめるような空間構成としました。
中庭へも広く開口を設けることで、視線が抜けた奥行きのある豊かな空間を提案しています。

This is a plan for a house for a family of four, a couple and two children, on a site located in a quiet residential area.
The building is built on a corner lot at an intersection, so it has an impressive closed appearance in a way that protects privacy.

The client is a car enthusiast and wanted to view his car from the LDK, so a garage house was planned,
We designed a garage house so that the client can enjoy the view of the tires of his car from the interior space.
By opening widely into the courtyard, we proposed a space with depth and richness that allows the view to escape.
