Hi people! check out this weeks video! Smoked BBQ chicken with a honey glaze. This is the simplest recipe I've put together, any one can do this!
So tasty your friends & family will love it! All cooked on the Pit Boss 820 pellet smoker.
Also review of the greatest beer yet, Stone & Wood Brewing Pacific Ale.

Rub some chicken marylands with oil
Salt & pepper (Killer Hogs AP RUB)
Dust on your favorite BBQ rub (Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub)
Smoke at 275-300f (150C) until internal temp reaches 165f (75C) I'm using hickory pellets
Warm some honey & baste each side of the chicken, leave for 10 mins then baste again.
Take the chicken off & rest for 10mins. ENJOY!!!
