Vick Almighty is back with another restoration! Today he'll be restoring a pair of Air Jordan 13s from 2016. This pair was first released in 1998, followed by 2004 and 2013. The Bred Jordan 13 is an Iconic model. Being that Michael Jordan wore these during the playoffs in which he won his 6th NBA title with the Chicago Bulls. To start off the restoration, Vick cleans the entire uppers using Reshoevn8rs 3-Brush advanced sneaker laundry system. Moving onto the midsole and outsoles, he scrubs them with the medium bristle brush. Vick then puts them in the sneaker laundry bag before dropping them in the washing machine to finish removing all of the dirt. Once they are dry, Vick then moves onto removing the glue from the front toe cap using acetone. After that, Vick uses the same acetone to prep the leather uppers. Vick then moves onto regluing the front toe cap using barge cement. Moving onto the uppers, Vick repaints the shoe with an angular brush making sure to match the clean factory look. Finally, Vick wraps up the restoration by resetting the nap on the suede and bringing some of the color back using the Almighty Mink Oil. He then protects the paint with Krylon matte finish.
