I was having one of "those" days. I was supposed to do my "Under the sea" little mermaid piece however I woke up that morning to see that one of our cats had gotten into the room with my costume laid out and decided to urinate on my mermaid skirt:( So I couldn't wear it as planned and didn't want to dance to the little mermaid without the mermaid costume so I just did this as improv. And then of course my strap had to break during my drum solo... just my luck. Fortunately I have clear straps on under the white ones which appeared to have stretched since the last time I wore that costume, hence they kept slipping down, was quite annoying lol.

Yah for costume malfunctions lol!

I hadn't danced to twist and shout in over a year but I love the song and figured it would be fun to perform to. Which is was! I had a fabulous time at the event. Thank you so much Karima for having me perform and for putting on such a fun event with such a positive atmosphere.
