New Guidelines to be strictly implemented in Zonal General Hospital Aalo:

1. The concerned doctor will admit the patient.

2. Security fees of Rs 500 will be collected from the patient party which is refundable at the time of discharge.

3. Before admission, each patient party has to sign the Undertaking infront of the admitting Doctor.

4. The patient attendant will be given a badge mentioning the Bed No.

5. Once the patient is shifted in the ward, only one attendant will be allowed to stay with the patient inside the ward.

6. Male attendants are not allowed to stay with their patient in the female or gynac ward.

7. No outside items like chairs, bench, stools etc. and sharp items like Dao, knives and weapons are allowed inside the ward.

8. Smoking and chewing of tobacco products inside the hospital premises are strictly prohibited.

9. Outside vehicles are not allowed inside the hospital premises as there is no space for parking due to ongoing construction activities.

Parking of Ambulance and hospital staff are only allowed.

10. Visiting hours for the patient relatives is as follows:
Morning:
6.30 A.M- 7.30 A.M
Evening:
3.30PM- 5.30 PM

11. Patient will be discharged between
10 A.M-12PM.
No patient will be discharged beyond this time.

12. If the patient party does not comply with the undertaking, the discharge slip should be sent to the MS office for further action.

These guidelines will be effective from 8th July 2024.
