Got some new tech for this Necromancer Blight Build for ya today. Slotted in Andariels Visage post hotfix and I must say it does not disappoint. With the massive healing, the sustain of this build is incredible. When they patch the shielding storm this build will be unkillable.
Damage with Andys was still substantial spiking to 2.6 Billion dps during the stagger windows.

Note : Replace Shako with Andys and sacrifice blood golem instead for this variant.
