The package contains RC Car, Remote Control, 3.5V 500MAH Battery, Charge Cable, and User Manual. The initial charging time for the battery is roughly 2.5 hours with the included cable. Power adapter is not included but it can work with most smartphone chargers as long as it's 5V. The play time is roughly 20-30 minutes per charger, depending on the play style.
The control scheme is pretty simple for this model. There is a wheel on the remote control for turning left and right, and a trigger for driving forward and backward. My 2-year-old son is able to drive the car forward and backward and he has a lot of fun doing it. However, he can't figure out how to properly making left and right turn yet. My 5 year old daughter has no problem controlling the car after 5 minutes of playing. 2 AA batteries are required for the remote control and they are not included in the package. The RC car itself has a front and a back collision bumper and it works pretty well to protect the car as my son always driving it straight into a wall. The wheels are well-made and they work on most terrains we have tried - concrete, tile, low carpet, paved roads..etc. The only thing is that if there is a rock or grass that is higher than half of the height of the wheel, the car might get stuck when driving through it. We're surprised by how fast this RC car can go considering the battery is only 3.7V. It can go as fast as 25km/h if condition allows. The range is pretty decent too. We have been letting the car go as far as 100 ft so far and the control is still pretty responsive. This RC car is water-resistant and my kids had great fun driving it through puddles.
