This is a nice little bit of our cyder-making heritage.
A well known and greatly missed old countryman and his pals making cyder with a twin-screw press in the 1970s (or early 80s)
They are using eating and cooking apples and so this is probably not a cyder county (where the use of pucker cyder fruit would have been/is the norm). Hampshire perhaps, possibly fimed during the time the presenter lived in that shire. That Charlie looks a right card! We wont see his like again - or will we?
