Apple has released watchOS 8.3 for all supported Apple Watches and it contains some new features, bug fixes and important security updates for apple watch. This update came months after the watchOS 8.1 public release. watchOS 8.3 brings support for Apple Music Voice Plan, App Privacy Report, fixes notification issues during Mindfulness sessions and brings a lot of security updates for Apple Watch Series 3 to all the way up to Apple Watch Series 7 users.
