Ingredients:
Custard Powder
Sugar
Milk
Vanilla essence

Procedure:
In a pan keep 1 litre of milk for boiling. Take 4tbsp custard powder in a bowl where you can mix it well. Take one cup of cold milk and mix it with the custard powder. Stir the boiling milk and add 4/5 tbsp of sugar and stir well. Pour the mixture of custard and cold milk into the boiled milk and keep stirring it. Stir it till it becomes thick. Once the consistency is thick (as shown) switch off the gas and add vanilla essence. Keep this mixture in the fridge for cooling it. Pour the custard into the blender and let it blend for few seconds. Put your favourite fruits which you want to add in the custard and enjoy !!
