MOREL BIOPROSPECTING 2024 EP1, Disciotis or Gyromitra???

First foraging trip of 2024 hunting for Disciotis and Gyromitra sp. in the middle of April in the Western NY hardwoods. Planning on spending a good amount of time hunting for Morel strains this spring to experiment with for propagation. Heavy rains have the Brown False Morels (G. brunnea) and cup mushrooms popping up everywhere. Still not sure on the ID of the cup mushrooms (pending spore analysis). Let me know what you think in comments.
