Nissan NV 2500 High Top homemade camper

Tour of our Nissan NV 2500 High Top V8 DIY / homemade camper van. (Sorry about the short section in the wind with bad sound - what I say there is that I bought the rack on Amazon and it was hard to install because it is so heavy). This is a very simple setup that works fantastic for us. One goal was to NOT modify the van structurally so that we can easily sell it at some point. We added no insulation, fans, windows, holes etc.

The NV can output 120 Watts of power AC while you are driving and that is what I run the battery charger off of as there is an 120 outlet in the back of the van. (It can put out 400 watts when the van is in park.)

We call the NV the "poor man's Sprinter."

*NOTE: There may be an issue with the way we are storing our propane tank. We are getting a propane alarm and figuring out how to secure the tank with a venting system. (We don't use the propane tank inside the van. We take it out of the van to run it with our portable CampChief fire pit.)
