TM:HO - ETE (Mod) - Better Select Vehicle Portraits for TM:L

A texture replacement PCSX2 mod for the NTSC-U version of Twisted Metal: Head On - Extra Twisted Edition. Replaces the standard Select Vehicle screen's character portraits to ones that better showcase the characters accurately, whilst putting them in several Harbor City Backdrops, with a personal interpretation of Charlie Kane & Son's Portrait based on the timeskip established between Black and Lost, a Bloody Mary portrait with her long hair from the Harbor City Concept Arts, a Red Glow-eyed Cage inside Warthog portrait, Agent Stone's portrait portraying him just having been brought back to that faithful night of his life, Jebediah's portrait showcasing him as a ghost, and a better Severed Sam portrait that is more inline with the cast of characters.

"How did you make Taxi Boy get older?" I mixed his early FMV model's face with the one of Roadkill and i mixed a bit of Billy Ray's hair to sort of replicate a RE Leon type hair, which is more inline with how Taxi Boy's hair was in the concept arts (apart from the hair color, which was also taken from the FMV)
