This pumpkin bread is not only tasty, it's gluten free and loaded with more nutrition than regular bread! Packed with Fiber, Iron, Potassium etc from the flax seed, and rich in vitamin A from the pumpkin.
It's the perfect way to start the morning, great for dessert or anytime snack.
This version omits the chemical leavening agent such as baking powder.
It's still great without any leavening agent, but if you prefer to use baking powder, use 1 to 2 TSP.

I bake several loaves at once, which makes it great for freezing. Let cool completely and wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer bag.
Leave whole, if you slice during freezing it will dry out.
Take out 2 days prior to eating and place in refrigerator to let it thaw out naturally.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups Almond flour
1/3 cup Ground flax seed
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
4 Eggs (room temperature)
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Pumpkin
3 TBSP Melted butter

🚫 No Wheat
