Operant Conditioning vs. Classical Conditioning in B.F. Skinner's Radical Behaviourism

Описание к видео Operant Conditioning vs. Classical Conditioning in B.F. Skinner's Radical Behaviourism

This video looks at B.F. Skinner's Radical Behaviourism and how his Operant Conditioning took Classical Conditioning much further in order to explain more complex human behaviour. First we look at Ivan Pavlov's experiment with salivating dogs, before moving on to Skinner's experiment with rats using his 'Skinner Box' to introduce a process of learning through reinforcement.

These videos are based on content from our Who the hell is..? series of books, which take complicated theories and present them in an engaging, accessible and jargon-free way. Take a look at our whole series here: https://www.whothehellis.co.uk/
