📝 RECIPE 1 – FLAXSEED SPICED BREAD

🔹 DRY INGREDIENTS:

• 1½ cups (150 g) flax seeds – grind in a coffee grinder
• 3 tablespoons (20 g) coconut flour
• 2 tablespoons (18-20 g) psyllium husk powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
• Pinch of Himalayan salt
• ⅓ cup (40 g) unsweetened dried cranberries – soak for 10 minutes

🔹 WET INGREDIENTS:

• 4 large eggs (room temperature!)
• ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream 30-36%
• ¼ cup (60 ml) melted butter
• ½ cup (100 g) allulose or erythritol
• 1/8 tablespoon (1 g) vanilla powder
• Zest of 1 large orange

🔹 LEAVENING:

• 1 teaspoon (4 g) baking soda
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

🔹 TOPPING:

• Sliced almonds

HOW TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder
2️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients
3️⃣ Add wet ingredients and mix well
4️⃣ Add baking soda and vinegar last, mix quickly
5️⃣ Grease baking molds with vegetable oil
6️⃣ Grease your hands with vegetable oil
7️⃣ Shape the dough and place in molds
8️⃣ Coat with sliced almonds
9️⃣ Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
🔟 Let cool completely before slicing

📝 RECIPE 2 – YOGURT-WALNUT SPREAD

🔹 INGREDIENTS:

• Plain yogurt
• ½ cup (100 g) allulose or erythritol
• Walnuts – toast in a pan

HOW TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Toast walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant
2️⃣ Mix yogurt with allulose
3️⃣ Add toasted walnuts
4️⃣ Spread generously on bread slices
