In this video, I will show you how to make delicious red pozole chicken soup. This is a super easy chicken pozole recipe that you can make in 2 hours. It is very flavorful and yummy. I have made it many times and my friends always ask me for the recipe. This is the recipe I use for Christmas dinners and parties. It is also great for a holiday dinner. Red pozole is a traditional and one of the best Mexican dishes and is very popular in Mexico.

Ingredients:
6 pounds of chicken
6 pounds of white hominy pozole
1 garlic bulb
4 garlic cloves
1 and 1/4 onion
1 bunch of thyme
1 bunch of marjoram
1 bunch of radishes
2 avocado
1/2 lettuce
1 chile ancho
4 chiles de Arbol
9 chiles guajillo
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
Tortillas corn(de maiz)
Oil
Salt

Preparation:
In 5 liters boiling water add onion, garlic bulb, and chicken cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove the white foam from the surface.
Now wash well the pozole. Add pozole, thyme, marjoram, and salt into the bowl with the chicken cook on medium heat for 65 minutes. In a separate bowl, 3 cups of boiled water
add all the chiles (arbol, ancho, guajillo) cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes turn off the stove and add all the chiles, 1 cup chile water,
black pepper, oregano, garlic cloves, and onion to the grinder. Grind all the chiles. Now your chiles salsa is ready. Add that salsa to the bowl in hot oil.
Mix well. Add half a cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the salsa bowl. Mix well and cook for 12 minutes.
Now our chicken is ready remove all the chicken, onion garlic and thyme sticks, and marjoram.
Add the salsa to the pozole bowl. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove all the bones from the chicken. Add back chicken into the pozole bowl and mix well.
Add half a teaspoon salt to the pozole bowl and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove your pozole is ready! server with lettuce, radishes, and avocado.

Now prepare the tostadas: in 2 cups of hot vegetable oil fry the tortilla's corn(de maiz). Cook until the tortilla's colors change to brown.
