Join botanist Nathanael Pilla as he discusses how to tell the difference between four maples, Acer saccharinum (Silver Maple), Acer rubrum (Red Maple), Acer nigrum (Black Maple), and Acer saccharum (Sugar Maple) by examining their leaves.

NOTES:
- Silver and Red have teeth in their sinuses
- Terminal lobe on Silver Maple is pinched in at the base, not pinched in on Red is not
- Black and Sugar Maples do not have teeth in their sinuses.
- Black Maples have overall shallower sinuses and droopy tips than Sugar
