The Darkglass Electronics Alpha Omega Ultra pedal features two distinct distortion circuits: Alpha and Omega which can be selected or blended together. It has an array of bass overdrive and distortion tones coupled with a full graphic 6 band active EQ, clean blend, level, gain, bite, and growl switch, headphone out, and DI with cab sim.
The AO Ultra features digital cabinet simulation and impulse responses that can be loaded with the Darkglass software suite.

The Basses:
MTD Michael Tobias Design 435 American maple burl top on poplar body, wenge neck and fretboard. Active Bartolini pickups and preamp.
Modulus Quantum 4, graphite neck, Bartolini pickups and preamp.
Fender USA Jazz 62 Reissue with John East Retro J preamp and Bartolini pickups. Only used in passive mode.

The Amp:
Mesa Boogie Carbine M9 into a RoadReady 6x10 cab.

Speaker was mic'd with an AKG D112. There is no DI signal except where noted.
NO eq, audio controls, or compression were added.
