Dr. Zana Ahmed encourages people to take responsibility for their own lives and to stop blaming others for their failures. He argues that people often play the role of the victim to attract attention, but this does not lead to success. Dr. Zana suggests improving beliefs, organizing priorities, developing skills, and studying leaders to achieve goals. His talk emphasizes the importance of defining one's values and passions, developing relationships, and pursuing personal growth. Zana Ahmed has a Bachelor's degree in General Surgery and Internal Medicine and a doctorate in Psychiatry. Dr. Zana worked with more than 13 NGOs as a program manager, marketing manager, and general manager. For the time being Dr. Zana is living in the Kurdistan region and has his own psychological clinic.
