There is no question that the new Royalmount Shopping Complex is struggling to bring in the crowds. I was pleased to see today that they extended free parking with the app to four hours. Le Fou Fou Food Hall is terrific. And our kids from Carlyle Elementary School in TMR performed a cool flash mob.
