Join me for a 4-minute rockhounding adventure under the Hickory Creek Bridge in Marietta, Oklahoma. This sandy-bottom creek offers gravel bars and shallow runs that are perfect for spotting fossils, colorful stones, and unique nodules.

On this trip, I find a crinoid stem, a possible piece of horn coral, a vibrant jasper, a serpentine nodule, and a small piece of petrified wood. I also show a few tumbled treasures like chalcedony, jasper, and chert. The summer heat was intense, but the thrill of the hunt made it worth it.
