Welcome to this week’s edition of #Fridaysews

Today I’m talking about my latest finished sewing project, which is the Nell Blouse from Tilly & The Buttons. I’m still trying to decide whether to make some adjustments to the pattern for next time I make it.

I’ve also almost finished the Anthea Blouse from Anna Allen, but I’ve had a bit of a nightmare with sewing the buttonholes!

My next garment sewing plans involve boosting the number of dresses in my handmade wardrobe. First on my list is the Quincy Dress from Jennifer Lauren Handmade, so today I’m sharing a few fabric options from my stash for this project.

To round up what’s happening this week I am talking about the upcoming football season, as well as my attempts to balance sewing alongside some serious decluttering in my flat.

Sadly the fabrics I’ve shared have all been in my stash for many years and aren’t in stock with Sew Over It or Lady McElroy so I can’t share any links for them.
