Ultraman: Towards the Future (SNES) Playthrough - NintendoComplete

A playthrough of Bandai's 1991 Super NES fighting game, Ultraman: Towards the Future.

Played through on Expert. After so many years, this is a game that I still want to really embrace, but just can't. It looks okay, sounds great, but the gameplay... The controls are awful, and they have a huge impact on the game's difficulty level. Well, at least until you figure out that the jump kick beats rock, paper AND scissors in every fight. Then it's still hard, but doable.

In all honesty, the soundtrack is the main reason I play this game. If it hadn't been for that, I would have never have continued to come back to it over the years.
