Our God of endless love and wisdom
Loved man as His own
Above all angels, brightest stars
He offered His own throne
But man rebelled against His plan
Grew cold and dark within
Our Father had to give His Son
To save lost man from sin.

When Jesus, loved of all in heaven
Came down from the sky
Creator of the Universe
Was left alone to die
His life left Him, but not His love
He longs for us again
Yet no one seems to care about
His broken heart or pain.

Oh to thrill the heart of God
Dedicate my life
When You look down upon the earth
And see Your children here
There will surely one be found
To make the Father smile
And wipe away Your tears O Lord
I dedicate my life.

So many times we seek the Lord
When troubles come our way
We ask and keep on asking that
He drives all fear away
Hear every prayer, we still demand
And make our pain depart,
But do we seek to satisfy
Our Fathers yearning heart?

Lets make a fresh decision to
Rejoice Jehovahs heart
Our selfishness and pride - all gone
Giving us a new start
The days before us soon will flee
To end the time of grace
Yet only those who wiped Gods tears
Will see His blessed face.
