Tagbilaran was a real surprise in Bohol. We thought it was going to be all white sand beaches, tarsiers, and chocolate hills, but to find a modern city with malls and great history was awesome. We explored 3 malls, the BQ, Alturas Mall Tagbilaran, and Tagbilaran City Square. Then we checked out the museum and church before heading down to the fish market. We finished up the day at Heritage House, with a total days budget $32.
