In a stellar effort, over £2.5 million has been raised within a week for a free healthcare facility, which is set to change the lives of million of people in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, and surrounding areas.

The £32M three-year project at Jorian near Jatlan in the Mirpur District is being developed and delivered by the Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT), renowned for their charitable work in Pakistan over the last 18-years.

The latest event held on Friday 28th June at the Eastern Pavillion in Featherstall Road, Oldham, is the fourth of nine fundraising events is spearheaded by founder and chairman Chaudhry Mohammed Akhtar. Earlier events have been held in
