The Northern Extension Development Plan for Northampton & Lamport Railway

Did you know? The Northampton & Lamport Railway has a big plan to extend the heritage railway 1.5 miles north. Well here is the video to explain it all. This is NLR Northern Extension to Spratton Crossing. The new section will included 3 bridge restorations.
It was my first time walking this section of the Brampton Valley Way, so I decided to get my bearings first and film on my return.
The Northampton & Lamport Railway has a date set for the grand opening of the Southern Extension/Boughton Station. On the 30th March 2024 we shall all be celebrating at the new platform at Boughton.
