A quick word about the edit. It is definitely not my best work. I struggled a lot with this video, as far as motivation goes, some technical problems, and just straight up not really knowing what to do with the project. I got to the point where I was more focused on getting it done than it being perfect, to the point where I was almost feeling bad about how it was turning out.

That all changed when I showed Eli the final render. He told me that he legit started tearing up and that he absolutely loved it. I learned two things when I got that response. The first was that it never mattered how good or bad I edited it, or how simple/complex the edit was. This is a video featuring just around 100 people in Eli's community, in the halo community. That's a pretty awesome ordeal in itself. To see so many different people, with different styles, clips, and personalities all coming together for one video. I don't think I realized how honored I was to be able to put it together, or what it might mean to everyone to be involved in a video like this. It just made me feel a lot better about how it turned out.

The second thing I learned was just how humble this man can be. Eli, I seriously cannot think of a better person to be the lead guy in a video such as this. Your ability to hit ridiculous clips and have a super entertaining stream all while being undeniably inclusive and kind is something this halo community needs more of. So thank you man, thank you for being such a great part of this community, and a seriously awesome friend.

I really do hope you guys enjoy this video, and not because of my editing because like I said I know I could do better. I hope you like it because of Eli, and the community he, everyone in this video, and everyone in his stream has created with Halo.

As far as I go, I have another reach project coming out in the next few weeks/months, then another project after that, and eventually my reach M7, so look out for those!
