INGREDIENTS USED
-About 5cups of water( you want your beef kidney completely submerged)
-1 lemon
-Half cup of white vinegar
-Aboug half tbs salt

I soaked my beef kidney for about 40 minutes, but you should typically soak for atleast 30 minutes.
