As a busy mom, tip number one to lose weight is to not Eat your kids’s food. Finishing the leftovers on the kids’ plates may not be a good idea for you if you are already full. I know as a mom, you don’t want to waste foods. If you want to lose weight, I invite you to keep the leftovers for the next day.

When meals are ready to go, the temptation to go out to eat or grab something fast after a long day and workday is eliminated. Use your weekends to meal plan foods for the week.

Involve your kids in healthy eating. Have your kids cook with you, let them be interested in what they are eating. This helps you and your family to promote healthy eating and cooking meals.
