I did this meditation and intention setting with a client earlier today, and I felt called to share it with you all on the eve of this Summer Solstice here in the northern hemisphere, and the Winter Solstice in the southern hemisphere. But you don't have to wait for a solstice or an equinox to tap into your vitality and soul’s calling, you can do it anytime you feel called to start something or take a step or press play or give yourself some extra mojo.

When we set an intention, we’re putting our spirit guides at attention to say hey, this is what I want to focus on, and this is where I need your help. It can also give us clarity, if we're feeling pulled in multiple directions to guide us in the direction where our soul truly wants to go, versus where we think other people want us to go.
