MY EVENING LOOK IN THE MORNING

Here we are today at Sunday in Brooklyn that makes breakfast, lunch, dinner, with fresh ingredients and based on what they found at the farmers market. I wanted to share with you about that place because I found it very rare to have a place in NY where the food is amazing and where you can work. Because yes they also have a work area during the day. So I am very excited to be able to eat my favorite pancakes there and work !
It might be a strange concept for many but I really love to do my makeup look in the morning for the evening. What do I mean ? When I do smoky eyes I don’t like when it’s too perfect. I’ve noticed than sometimes, if it « lived » a little, makes it more cool, more a part of me. If that makes sense !! I apply it in the morning, it will, on top of that, inspire me for the day, and at night I will just touch up my complexion to look fresh and I am good to go. It brings a touch of « je ne sais quoi », of rock n’roll to my makeup look that I think shows more of the girl than the makeup. I always think that in beauty, all that really count is to SEE THE GIRL FIRST. The best compliment is when someone says « you look beautiful » first before saying « you’re makeup is beautiful ;-)
