Coming home is a great feeling. Finally we can rest and prepare to move to the Philippines.
In last week's episode, we got into a bad situation on our way from Moscow to Krasnodar, but luckily for us everything ended well.
I made my favorite rice and fried fish for breakfast. We missed home-cooked meals and hanging out with Mom together.
After the meal, I continued my unfinished business, which I had to put down when we left for Moscow.
I wanted to knit a dress, but made a mistake somewhere. Now I have to undo and start over.
I want to give this dress to my sister for her birthday.
A few days later, I finished knitting this dress and a beautiful hat. I am so happy and proud of what I had accomplished. This is my biggest crochet project since I learned to crochet.
I went about my work and my husband too, went about his business.
On the way back, he stopped by his friend Valera's place. He has his own local bakery, where he and his family bake delicious crusty bread and various cakes and rolls. They talked about life, his move, and he headed home.
A week before we left, we decided to visit Boria’s friends to say goodbye.
We went into town to see Alexei, who my husband is very grateful to have introduced him to the Philippines. But first we visited his wife Angelina and stopped by the cafe where she works. On the way, we bought flowers for her. I was happy to finally meet her.
At that time, the cafe was having a baking master class for little pastry chefs.
We sat down at the table and Angelina gave me a beautiful handmade flower cookie. She then treated us to coffee and cakes and flatly refused to let us pay for them.
We had a little talk with Angelina. She was so fascinated by me.
We said goodbye to Angelina and went to her husband Alexei.
Alexei gave us a tour of their garden and talked about installing solar panels.

Alexei's mom showed me her beadwork. This interesting for me because I am also into needlework.

Alexei showed me their pet, a guinea pig. I saw the animal for the first time and now wants one for myself.
I told my husband many times that I dreamed of getting a capybara. The capybara looks a lot like a guinea pig, only bigger in size.

After lunch we went home. We said goodbye to Alexei and wished that our next meeting would take place in the Philippines.

On the way, I showed Boria what Alexei's mom gave me. I appreciate the gifts and wants to try beading in the future.
At home we are counting down the days until we leave. I have a little talent for writing and helping my Boria write scripts for our series. I used to write lyrics and poems a lot in my spare time.
Three days before we left, we went into the woods to pick flowers. I had dreamt of doing that for a long time. At last the flowers began to bloom.
I am glad that the weather is getting warmer, but a little sad that we won't be here when summer comes. I wanted to see the apples grow. We planned to stay here until the end of summer. My husband wanted me to experience all four seasons, but unfortunately we have to leave as soon as possible. We paid for an annual visa for me, but because of the war it will all be thrown away.
We have to choose what is best for our family, and we chose to live peacefully.
On the last day before we left, Boria’s writer friend Vadim Ivanovich and his son Boris came to visit us to say goodbye too.
He told that it is very difficult to part with faithful friends. Although morally he has long prepared for this, he can not believe that the moment has come.
No one knows for how long this parting will last, or for ever.
They are smiling not to cry as soon they will be separated by thousands of km.

Many people commenting in Boria’s videos don't understand why we have to leave, and say it's cowardly. They don't know that there are deeper reasons why Boria don't want to stay in Russia.
