Fully electric automatic line for refrigerator side panels

New line to produce refrigerator side panels for a major OEM. The line is full-electric, with no hydraulic systems, and incorporates various automatisms that offer high productivity combined with great flexibility for easy and quick production changes. The production starts from pre-cut blanks and performs the notching and punching operations before carrying out the longitudinal and transversal bending process by interpolated folding machines. At the end of the line there is an automatic robotized station for sealing the front and rear top corners. Our lines to produce parts for commercial refrigerators are characterized by their high productivity, their flexibility to produce panels for a wide variety of models, and their robustness.
