Josh pulled up to begin mobile work on his customer’s Chevrolet commercial fleet truck 6.0L. It had a radiator leak and when Josh arrived, he started to drain it in order to replace it.

In addition to replacing the radiator, Josh will be replacing the hoses and thermostat as well. He set up and prepped for the removal of the bad radiator.

Once he removed it, Josh replaced it with a brand-new premium OEM quality radiator. Then he moved on to address the hoses and thermostat and replace those next.

Josh then started vacuuming down the cooling system. This process assures that all the air is removed and checks for leaks.

When he detected no leaks were present Josh reversed the vacuum and add coolant. With that complete and everything in working order, he cleans up, squares up, and is off to his next mobile fleet repair appointment.
