'4A.I.: Elsewhere in India' presents the Indian artists Murthovic and Thiruda, collectively known as Elsewhere in India, who explore digital repatriation and reimagine museum practices through art, technology and conservation.

Running from 26 October to 15 December 2024 at 4A, the exhibition utilises A.I., 3D scanning, and video games to preserve South Asian cultural heritage and open discussions on diaspora identities. Key highlights include an immersive extended reality (XR) experience, 3D-printed cultural artifacts, and digitally recreated heritage objects. This exhibition demonstrates how technology can foster more inclusive, engaging museum experiences.

In an artist interview with Ankit Mishra, Murthovic and Thiruda share insights into their creative journey, their artistic background, and the vision behind '4A.I.: Elsewhere in India', offering a closer look at their innovative approach to cultural heritage preservation.
