Why I Bought a Vintage Lever Espresso Machine in 2021 / La Pavoni Europiccola Review

A super long video of me talking about why I love lever machines and why I bought one. I talk to you guys about my why I bought a La Pavoni Europiccola, comparisons to the Decent Espresso DE1, and I make a drink. The La Pavoni is an incredibly enjoyable machine to use and the quirks make the experience all that more interesting. There's just so much greatness to cover so thanks a ton for sticking around and watching.

Technically, I did more of a blooming style shot instead of a Londinium style shot as I preinfused for a bit longer by leaving the lever up for a few seconds longer.
