This Python Script uses multiple OpenAI Assistants, GPT 4o Mini, and Structured Output to first look up an item (specifically a monster) in a complicated and irregular PDF, the Open Source Dungeons and Dragons SRD 5.1, and then add it to a spreadsheet.

The First Assistant extracts this information and pre-structures it according to it's Instructions.

The Second Assistant takes the First's response, and uses OpenAI's Structured Response to apply a strict JSON schema to the initial response. Then, our python script receives the response and adds it to a master CSV.

Then the script looks to the next line of the CSV and starts the process over again.
