After taking care of Team Rocket in their hideout, enter the gym of Mahogany Town. This gym has icy surfaces that make its bearer skate, and you might want to push the ice blocks to a certain spot to get around. After each room you cross, the puzzle gets even trickier. Once you made it through, you’ll be able to take on the gym leader. Pryce uses Ice type Pokémon. Seel will use Icy Wind to lower the target’s Speed stat and Rest to fully restore its HP. Dewgong will use Ice Shard to strike first and Aurora Beam for a 10% chance of lowering the target’s Attack stat. Piloswine will use Mud Bomb for a 30% chance of lowering the target’s Accuracy stat and Blizzard for a 10% chance of freezing the target. After the battle, you’ll receive the Glacier Badge and a TM07 (Hail). Hail changes the weather for 5 turns, inflicting slight damage at the end of each turn except for Ice types.
