ITC Hotels, a quality listed player with a strong brand heritage, has achieved record-breaking financial performance in Q1 FY26, reporting its highest-ever revenue and profits. Standalone total revenue surged 20% to Rupees 783 crore, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing 47% to Rupees 150 crore. Consolidated results also show robust growth, with total revenue climbing 20% to Rupees 860 crore and PAT rising sharply by 53% to Rupees 134 crore. The company projects continued financial growth, with revenues reaching Rupees 4540 crore and Net Profit Rupees 915 crore by FY27E.
This growth is driven by a capital-efficient 'Asset-Right' Strategy, aiming for accelerated expansion through managed properties. ITC Hotels has crossed the 200-hotel mark with 143 operational and 58 pipeline hotels, targeting 220 operational hotels by 2030, with 90% of new inventory via management contracts. Operational excellence is evident in a 9% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR) and a 275 basis point improvement in occupancy, leading to a 13% growth in RevPAR.
ITC Hotels leads in sustainable hospitality, holding the largest number of LEED Platinum® certifications globally (23 hotels), and is notably the first in the world with 12 LEED® Zero Carbon and 9 LEED® Zero Water certified hotels. Its stock has been the best-performing hotel stock since listing, gaining approximately 40%, though it trades at industry-leading valuations (29.7x EV/EBITDA FY27E).
