Hitmakerchinx - FDM to the World | Documentary

Hitmakerchinx is one of the key pioneers of Brooklyn's Flex Dance Music (FDM) movement, a genre of raw dance music created specifically for dance battles.

Chinx has been releasing this music for the best part of a decade, though he’s recently found a wider worldwide audience after having his work collected by Night Slugs and Fade to Mind on the Shades & Monsters: FDM Classics compilation.

On his recent trip to London - where Radar and Night Slugs hosted his debut UK performance - we spent several days learning his story, from couch-hopping in California trying to make it as a dancer to collaborating with Rihanna on her Anti tour.
