As we are all aware, what we habitually think and feel profoundly influences our lives. In this talk, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Anandamoy discusses the science of affirmation taught by Paramahansa Yogananda — and how we can use the transformative power of affirmation to replace old, negative patterns of thinking with new, positive ones. By doing that we can experience greater success and joy in our lives, and strengthen all of our efforts on the journey to soul-liberation.

Brother Anandamoy (1922 – 2016) was an international lecturer and beloved minister of Self-Realization Fellowship for many years, and his talks continue to present for students of Paramahansaji’s teachings and spiritual seekers everywhere key insights into the spiritual path.

This talk was given at the SRF Temple in Pasadena, California, on February 18, 1996.
