"I'm Innovating Myopia Treatments for Kids" | Johnson & Johnson

At age 7, Jaclyn was diagnosed with myopia - commonly known as nearsightedness. After her myopia was passed on to her daughters, she made it her mission to work on developing contact lenses for kids to help them—and the nearly 5 billion people projected to be myopic by 2050. Myopia is one of the largest eye health challenges of the 21st century and Jaclyn is working to change that.
