The OGL drama appears to be over. But is it? For that matter... did it really ever exist in the first place? My contention is that although there were some loud voices out there who were certainly pissed off, the drama was not nearly as significant as it appeared to be, and it didn't end for the reasons people believe that it ended. And because of that, they'll probably be vulnerable to it again in the future--this isn't the first time that WotC have tried to pull this crap (4e and the GSL, for instance). The best way to insulate yourself from a repeat performance, is simply to DIY and homebrew; just the way the D&D game was always meant to have been done.
