I test the PPFD app and Photone app as a PAR meter and compare the results to the Apogee SQ500 Quantum sensor

For iPhone owners the PPFD App is the most accurate PAR meter with the most features including making your own PAR map. The PPFD app also has the most free features.

Android users should use the Photone app or pair the PPFD app with the Uni-T lux meter for reasonable accurate readings and better functionality.
