Strawberry Shortcake Trifles

Make these mini strawberry trifles with layers of fresh strawberries, freshly whipped cream, and cake. You can use leftover cake or make some fresh just for this dessert. These mini desserts can be made ahead of time; just cover with cling wrap and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.
