Is a plant-based low-fat diet healthier than a meat-based high-fat diet??
A research study published in a prestigious medical journal by prestigious researchers claimed that their study disproved the Carbohydrate Insulin Model of weight-loss. Their study pitted a Plant-Based Low-Fat Diet against an Animal-Based Low-Carb Diet. A new analysis of their research has found just the opposite, and this video will explain why this is so important!

Prof. Adrian Soto-Mota MD, PhD - obtained his MD in Mexico and specialized as an internist at Mexico's National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition. Afterward, he trained as a Data scientist at Harvard and obtained his Ph.D. in Physiology at Oxford. His research has focused on the clinical applications and prescription of ketogenic interventions.
